    would definitely go again

The room was super comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a clean private bathroom. Breakfast had plenty of options with fresh pastries and coffee available 24/7. The outdoor swimming pool and its sun loungers were a nice touch by the beautiful river, perfect for relaxing in a tranquil setting. Staff were friendly and super helpful too.

    great activities
    lovely garden
    well-maintained property
    noise disruption
    earplugs suggestion

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed hiking at Black Mountain Ski Area and ziplined through some beautiful fall foliage. The location was perfect. just a short drive to great activities and stunning views. The breakfast included was nice and the property felt well-maintained with a lovely garden. I highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway.

The only downside was the occasional noise from other guests, particularly from the room above us. It disrupted our sleep a bit, so I'd suggest bringing earplugs just in case.

    beautiful landscaping
    outdoor space
    great breakfast
    disappointing bathtub

We stayed with my son's family and enjoyed the beautiful landscaping, along with the fantastic outdoor space to unwind by the river. The kids loved the playset, and the included breakfast had a great variety, making mornings hassle-free!

In my wife’s opinion, improved bathtub facilities would enhance the family experience.

Ideal choice for a date night in Jackson with extraordinarily good value for money. The hotel staff was super accommodating when we needed to change our dates due to bad weather. Make sure to take advantage of the waffle maker at breakfast!

great stay with minor room concerns

The landscaping surrounding the property features beautifully arranged flowers and perfectly manicured lawns it created a serene and inviting atmosphere. The staff provided outstanding service with their attentiveness and friendliness they made us feel welcome immediately.

The cleanliness of the room could have been improved as I noticed some dust in the corners.

    spacious room
    private balcony
    faint air freshener scent

The room was super spacious and had a lovely private balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee. I loved kicking back at the heated swimming pool and relaxing by the sun terrace. The only small downside was the faint scent of air freshener in the hallways, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! ☕️

Cozy stay with a nice pool

Great spot! The room was spacious and comfy, really neat too. Loved chilling by the heated outdoor pool. Only bummer was the weak cold water pressure in the sink. Oh, and they had a picnic area out back which was a nice touch. Overall, it had that cozy vibe we were looking for.

    friendly staff

    cleanliness issues
    lack of lighting
    room needs refresh

The stay featured a friendly staff and a free breakfast with tasty options like Irish soda bread. The location allowed easy access to nearby eateries and activities. However, the room could use more lighting and a refresh, and I noticed some cleanliness issues such as crumbs and hair in the room.

    charming place
    cozy fireplace
    dark room
    damaged faucet
    short breakfast hours

The Lodge At Jackson Village impressed me right from the start. The location was spot on for exploring the area. The king room stood out with its spacious layout and cozy electric fireplace, perfect for winter nights. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the adaptable wall outlets for charging devices simultaneously. Breakfast was simple but decent. the fridge with yogurt and cereal options provided a good touch. I wish breakfast hours were longer since it was served only from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. The only downside was the somewhat dark king room. Better lighting would enhance the experience. Also, the shower faucet was a bit damaged, making it uncomfortable to adjust. However, these small issues didn’t overshadow the overall charm of the place. I would definitely consider staying here again.
